Sun Maoqi / Chairman & CEO
Mr. Sun graduated from the Inner Mongolia Industrial
College (1978-1982) and obtained the Bachelor's Degree
in Synthetic Ammonia Engineering. He obtained the qualification
of senior engineer in 1993. He has been engaged in the field of synthetic ammonia production and its storage & logistics for a long period, with experience in large-scale synthetic ammonia & hydrogen production and 21 years' working experience at the state-owned enterprise. He had been working at the Netherlands Royal Vopak's Shanghai branch until 2015, when he took the current position at MIC. He has a great passion for his career in the synthetic ammonia industry with many years' research work in the ammonia industrial technology and unique understanding of its storage and logistics. He has established an extensive contact network in the domestic and overseas ammonia industry during his over 30 years' devotion to this field.
Mr. Chang Jiang / Vice-Chairman & Director
Mr. Chang Jiang, Assistant to the President of Zhanjiang Port (Group) Co., Ltd. and concurrently General Manager of the Strategic Development Department (Operations Management Department), serves as the representative of the Chinese shareholder.
Mr. Shengwei Ru / General Manager & Director
Mr. Shengwei Ru, born in February 1970, Engineer. He graduated from Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology in July 1991 with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in oil and gas storage and transportation. He first worked at a large domestic petrochemical design institute for over a decade, engaging in the design of petrochemical storage projects. Subsequently, he served at internationally renowned petrochemical logistics companies, including Royal Vopak of the Netherlands and Bertschi of Switzerland. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in the design, construction and operational management of petrochemical storage projects.
Mr. Yan / Chief Financial Officer & Director
Mr. Yan graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (Bachelor's Degree in Economics,1994 to 1998), and obtained the professional qualification of intermediate accountant. He has long experience in financial management and also the experience in managing large company. He was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of MIC in 2020 and nominated to become a director of the company in 2025.
