公司是由世界商业液氨的领导者----俄罗斯塔氏集团和湛江港集团在2000年投资设立，注册资金1,200万美金。公司位于湛江港石化仓储区内，占地面积超5万平方米，是亚洲最大的液氨单一仓罐区。经历20年的成长，公司液氨业务或经过液氨贸易商辐射欧洲、中东、美洲、澳洲东南亚各地，已经成长为广东工农业生产原料重要基地之一。
公司位于中国十大港口之一——湛江港，该港口是华南、西南、中南地区重要的外贸口岸及水陆交通枢纽。公司利用区位优势，通过铁路、公路、水路等多种渠道转运液氨至西南、华南地区，对外可通过船运到达海南、上海、台湾、东南亚等国家和地区。
公司建有4个储罐，共6.4万立方米，年周转能力60万吨。计划二期建设第三个储罐，届时年周转能力将达100万吨。
公司设有六个部门，现有员工47人，其中生产及技术人员占比70%。

The company is located in the petrochemical storage area of Zhanjiang Port, covering an area of over 50,000 square meters, which is the largest single storage tank area for liquid ammonia in Asia. After 20 years of growth, the company's liquid ammonia business has grown into one of Guangdong's important industrial and agricultural production raw materials bases through liquid ammonia traders radiating Europe, the Middle East, America, Australia and Southeast Asia.
The company is located in Zhanjiang Port, one of China's top ten ports, which is an important foreign trade port and water and land transportation hub in South China, Southwest, and Central South. The company takes advantage of its location to transfer liquid ammonia to Southwest and South China through various channels such as railways, highways, and waterways. It can also be shipped to Hainan, Shanghai, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions by shipping.
The company has 4 storage tanks with a total of 64,000 cubic meters and an annual turnover capacity of 600,000 tons. It is planned to build the third storage tank in the second phase, and the annual turnover capacity will reach 1 million tons.
