On the occasion of the 20th "Safe Production Month" in China, Comrade Sun Maoqi, General Manager of the company, gave a lively public lecture on safe production to all employees in Conference Room 1 of the Harbor Building on the afternoon of June 4.

During the lecture titled “Site Management is the Cornerstone of Work Safety”, with the theme of "ascertaining safety accountability and promoting safe development", Comrade Sun Maoqi conducted a comprehensive analysis of the factors that may have an impact on the company's production safety and the corresponding improvement measures, combining the company's facilities and equipment status, staff qualification structure, safety system operation, and MIC’s safe production characteristics etc. in an in-depth and easily understandable manner. Sun stressed that the company would firmly implement Comrade Xi Jinping's bottom line of 'not developing production at the cost of people's lives and property' as the highest guideline for safe production, strengthen the training on safety awareness, continuously increase the input of safe production fund and investment in technological transformation, promote the development of the company’s production and create a happy life for the employees under the premise of ensuring production safety. It is required that the company’s management team should take the lead and all staff should conduct an introspection, recognize their own position, review their own behaviors, think thoroughly before action, strengthen technical training, improve job skills, maintain constant presence at the site and implement proper on-site management.
