On the afternoon of 2^nd February, the special inspection team of Zhanjiang Transportation Bureau came to our company to conduct the safety inspection for the resumption of production, and held a mobilization meeting at our conference room to review the work safety of Zhanjiang Port Petrochemical storage area in 2022 and make arrangements for the resumption of production after the 2023 lunar new year holiday.

The meeting had a briefing on the "1.15" major fire and explosion accident of Liaoning Panjin Haoye Chemical Co., Ltd.

Upon hearing the reports of the safety committee and the various units operating in the storage area on work safety and the resumption of production, the inspection team gave important instructions and put forward the necessary conditions for resuming work and production, emphasizing that safety production is facing severe challenges and we must always maintain a high degree of vigilance to manage production safety issues, just like walking on thin ice, in order to support the development of high-quality industries in our city with practical actions.

The inspection team also conducted a random inspection of MIC's emergency start-up drill of the back-up power generator unit on site and made specific arrangements for the work on production safety.

Leaders of the Transportation Bureau as well as heads of the functional departments and main persons in charge of the production units in the port area attended the on-site meeting.
